Ежегодные отпуска на следующий год могут быть запланированы работодателем по согласованию с представителями работников до конца каждого календарного года. Далее представлены действующие правовые норм относительно графика ежегодных оплачиваемых отпусков на 2026 год. Ежегодный оплачиваемый отпуск может быть предоставлен на основании приказа (распоряжения, решения, постановления) работодателя полностью или, по письменному заявлению работника, разделен на части, одна из которых должна быть не менее 14 календарных дней.
