Legea achizițiilor sectoriale a intrat în vigoare

Entitățile/autoritățile contractante urmează să aplice prevederile Legii nr. 74/2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale, care au intrat în vigoare la 26 iunie 2021 (art. 89 alin.(1)), comunică Ministerul Finanțelor.
 
Astfel, pentru efectuarea achizițiilor de bunuri, servicii și lucrări pentru necesitățile autorităților contractante ce desfășoară procedurile de achiziții sectoriale reglementate de Legea 74/2020, acestea urmează să consulte cu atenție noile prevederi.
 

Pentru informații suplimentare nu ezitați să contactați Direcția achiziții publice din cadrul Ministerului Finanțelor.    

Amintim, anterior și Agenția Achiziții Publice a comunicat despre elaborarea unui șir de documente-model ce se referă la desfășurarea/raportarea procedurilor de achiziții sectoriale:
 
  • Anunțul de intenții
  • Anunțul de participare
  • Darea de seamă
  • Anunțul de atribuire a contractului
  • Darea de seama privind modificarea contractului
  • Anunțul privind modificarea contractului
  • Formularul de prezentare a informației privind contractele de achiziții sectoriale atribuite de către entitățile contractante în conformitate cu excepțiile la Legea 74/2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor și serviciilor poștale.
 
Toate documentele-model enumerate supra pot fi găsite pe pagina web a Agenției la rubrica Modele de documente achiziții sectoriale.
