Date privind îndeplinirea bugetului de stat

Ministerul Finanțelor comunică, că în luna ianuarie, veniturile bugetului de stat au crescut cu 29%, cheltuielile – cu 41%, iar deficitul – aproape cu 50%. Veniturile bugetului de stat al Moldovei au constituit 2,038 mlrd. lei, ceea ce este cu 455,5 mil. lei (29,9%) mai mult decât în anul 2016. Conform Ministerului Finanţelor, acest lucru este determinat de faptul că veniturile principale s-au majorat cu 28,2% (446,6 mil. lei), iar încasările din proiectele finanțate din surse externe au crescut cu 8,9 mil. lei. Peste jumătate din venituri, sau 1,152 mlrd. lei au fost asigurate de Serviciul Vamal, acestea majorându-se cu 41,1% (336,1 mil. lei). Veniturile administrate de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat s-au majorat cu – 29,1% (201,6 mil. lei), până la 914,2 mil. lei. În structura veniturilor, un rol important îl deţine TVA – 1,15 mlrd. lei (+25,8%), accizele – 320,5 mil. lei (+28%) şi impozitul pe venit – 264,6 mil. lei (+22,8%). În același timp, ministerul a rambursat agenților economici 138,6 mil. lei pentru accize și TVA, comparativ cu 14,1 mil. lei în anul trecut. Cheltuielile bugetului au crescut într-un an cu 41% şi în ianuarie au depășit 2,908 mlrd. lei. Aproape o treime din cheltuieli (940,5 mil. lei) au fost efectuate pentru protecția socială, pentru învățământ s-au cheltuit 624,1 mil. lei, iar pentru „servicii în domeniul economiei” – 403 mil. lei. Deficitul bugetului de stat a crescut de la 479,7 mil. lei până la 869,8 mil. lei. Ținând cont de bugetele locale, de bugetul asigurărilor sociale și de fondurile asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală, executarea bugetului public național arată relativ bine. Veniturile au constituit 2,328 mlrd. lei, iar cheltuielile sunt cu 216,7 mil. lei mai mari.
