Investiţiile în active materiale pe termen lung în ianuarie-iunie 2016

Biroul Naţional de Statistică comunică, că în ianuarie-iunie 2016 valoarea investiţiilor în activele materiale pe termen lung a constituit 5 449,2 mil. lei (în preţuri curente). Comparativ cu perioada respectivă a anului precedent acest indicator a marcat o descreştere cu 21,0% (în preţuri comparabile). Investiţii în active materiale pe tipuri de mijloace fixe. În ianuarie-iunie 2016 valoarea investițiilor (în prețuri comparabile) s-a diminuat față de perioada respectivă a anului trecut la clădiri de locuit cu 2,4%; clădiri (exclusiv de locuit) şi edificii -18,3%; utilaje, maşini, instalații de transmisie – 28,8%. Valoarea investițiilor în mijloacele de transport au crescut cu 1,8% față de perioada respectivă a anului trecut. Tabelul 1. Structura investiţiilor în active materiale pe termen lung pe tipuri de mijloace fixe în ianuarie- iunie 2016 Cea mai mare pondere revin investițiilor în utilaje, maşini, instalații de transmisie care constituie 36,4% din total investiţii realizate. Investiţii în active materiale pe surse de finanţare. Pentru realizarea procesului investiţional în ianuarie-iunie 2016 au fost utilizate preponderent mijloacele proprii ale investitorului, care au constituit 4 157,1 mil. lei, reprezentînd 76,3% din valoarea totală al mijloacelor utilizate pentru realizarea investițiilor. Tabelul 2. Structura investiţiilor în active materiale pe termen lung pe surse de finanţare în ianuarie – iunie 2016 În ianuarie-iunie 2016, pentru asigurarea necesităţilor investiţionale din contul surselor bugetare, au fost utilizate 299,6 mil. lei, ceea ce constituie 5,5% din total investiţii.
