Rata medie la creditele noi în lei, în septembrie 2016

Rata medie ponderată pentru creditele noi în lei a fost în septembrie 2016 de 13,59%, în scădere cu 0,11 p.p. față de luna precedentă. Potrivit Băncii Naționale a Moldovei, comparativ cu septembrie anul trecut, aceasta s-a redus cu 1,85 puncte procentuale. Creditele acordate pe un termen de 2-5 ani au fost cele mai atractive și solicitate. Cota lor a fost în septembrie 2016 de 40,5% din volumul total al creditelor acordate în lei (cu o lună mai devreme - 44,2%). Acestea au fost oferite la o rată medie de 13,2% sau cu 0,35 p.p. mai puțin decât în luna precedentă. Cea mai mare parte a creditelor noi oferite în lei în septembrie 2016 a fost acordată persoanelor juridice la o rată medie de 13,35% (13,37% cu o lună mai devreme), care au însumat 60,83% din volumul total al creditelor în lei. În același timp, rata medie pentru creditele în lei acordate persoanelor fizice a fost de 13,98% (cu o lună mai devreme – 14,2%).
