Susţinerea din partea partenerilor de dezvoltare

În anul 2017, Moldova a primit din partea partenerilor de dezvoltare pentru acoperirea deficitului bugetului credite şi granturi în sumă de 126,3 mil. euro şi $32,2 mil. Potrivit datelor Ministerului Finanţelor, Moldova a obţinut anul trecut din partea României a doua şi a treia tranşă din creditul preferenţial pentru acoperirea deficitului bugetului de stat în sumă de 90 mil. euro (1,9 mld. lei). Tot în anul precedent ţara noastră a primit pentru acoperirea deficitului bugetar câteva tranşe de credit de la Fondul Monetar Internațional în valoare de $26,4 mil. (475,9 mil. lei). Suplimentar, Ministerul Finanțelor a obţinut finanţare sub forma unui împrumut acordat de IDA (Asociația Internațională pentru Dezvoltare, Grupul BM) pentru a sprijini dezvoltarea sectorială: $2,5 mil. pentru susţinerea programelor sociale), $1, 8 mil. - pentru reforma învățământului, 1,4 mil. euro - pentru modernizarea sectorului sănătății din Moldova, $0,1 mil. - pentru îmbunătățirea competitivității. Pe 28 decembrie 2017 Ministerul Finanţelor a primit de la Comisia Europeană un grant în valoare totală de 36,3 mil. euro pentru susținerea bugetară - 14,8 mil. euro sunt destinate pentru dezvoltarea zonelor rurale și a agriculturii în cadrul Programului ENPARD, 7 mil. euro - pentru reforma poliției, 6,4 mil. euro - pentru reforme în domeniul finanțelor publice, 5,1 mil. - pentru introducerea regimului liber de vize Visa Dialog, 3 mil. euro – pentru punerea în aplicare a dispozițiilor Acordului privind zona de liber schimb aprofundat și cuprinzător ( DCFTA ) între UE și Republica Moldova.
