Veniturile și cheltuielile moldovenilor în 2014

În anul 2014, veniturile disponibile ale moldovenilor au constituit în medie pe o persoană pe lună 1.767 lei, fiind în creştere cu 5,1% faţă de anul precedent. În termeni reali, cu ajustarea la indicele preţurilor de consum, veniturile populaţiei au rămas la nivelul anului precedent. Cea mai importantă sursă de venit a populaţiei sunt câştigurile salariale, cu o pondere de 41,6% din total venituri disponibile, nivelul anului 2013. Activităţile pe cont propriu reprezintă 16,1% din veniturile medii lunare ale unei persoane, preponderente fiind activităţile individuale agricole cu o pondere de 9,5%. Totodată, veniturile obţinute din activitatea individuală non-agricolă au contribuit la formarea veniturilor populaţiei în proporţie de 6,6%. În funcţie de mediul de reşedinţă, se constată că veniturile populaţiei din mediul urban au fost în medie cu 605,4 lei sau de 1,4 ori mai mari comparativ cu mediul rural. Pentru populaţia din mediul urban principalele surse de venituri sunt activitatea salariată, care a asigurat veniturile populaţiei în proporţie de 54 la sută şi prestaţiile sociale - 19,4%. În cazul populaţiei din mediul rural, activitatea salariată la fel este cea mai importantă sursă de venit (28,4%), dar contribuţia acesteia este practic de două ori mai mică decît în mediul urban. Totodată, veniturile obţinute din activitatea individuală agricolă au asigurat 18,1% din totalul veniturilor disponibile. În ceea ce privește cheltuielile medii lunare de consum ale populaţiei în anul 2014, acestea au constituit în medie pe o persoană 1.816 lei, fiind în creştere faţă de anul precedent cu 2,3%. În termeni reali, cu ajustarea la indicele preţurilor de consum, populaţia a cheltuit în medie cu 2,7% mai puţin comparativ cu anul 2013. Scăderea cheltuielilor a fost determinată de creşterea preţurilor la produse alimentare şi nealimentare2, dar şi nivelul real al veniturilor realizate de populaţie. Întrucât populaţia din mediul urban dispune de venituri mai mari, respectiv şi cheltuielile de consum a acestei categorii de populaţie sunt cu 562 lei sau de 1,4 ori mai mari faţă de cheltuielile populaţiei din mediul rural. În mediul urban, pentru asigurarea consumului de produse alimentare, populaţia a alocat 42,1% din cheltuielile lunare de consum (40,9% în anul 2013), iar în rural - 45,6% (44,9%). Totodată, populaţia urbană comparativ cu cea rurală cheltuieli mai mult pentru întreţinerea locuinţei (20,0% faţă de 17,9%), transport (4,8% faţă de 3,9%), servicii de comunicaţii (4,6% faţă de 4,0%), hoteluri şi restaurante (2,3% faţă de 0,6%), servicii de agrement (1,7% faţă de 0,8%).
