ZEL-urile, în ascensiune

Parlamentul a adoptat în prima lectură amendamentele necesare la legislația în vigoare, care au drept scop îmbunătățirea cadrului legal cu privire la activitatea ZEL-urilor din Chișinău, Bălți și Ungheni, dar și optimizarea unor teritorii ale acestora. Datele oficiale denotă că volumul total al investițiilor în Zonele Economice Libere ale Moldovei au atins la finele anului 2017 $350 mil., în creștere cu 22,5% pe parcursul anului precedent. Totodată, volumul vânzărilor nete a sporit cu 49,1%, iar numărul angajaților rezidenţilor ZEL consituie circa 12 mii persoane. În componenţa ZEL Expo-Business Chișinău se propune includerea a 16 terenuri cu suprafața totală de 17,89 ha din or. Sângera. În prezent, această ZEL ocupă 23,61 ha atribuite până în anul 2035. În ZEL Expo-Business Chișinău activează 43 de rezidenți cu investiții străine din 11 țări. ZEL Bălți va fi extinsă cu 2 terenuri (2,5538 ha) din municipiul Bălți, 2 terenuri (0,4028 ha) la Cahul, un teren (8,92 ha) la Ștefan Vodă, un teren (20 ha) la Cimișlia, 2 terenuri (3,2261 ha) în Strășeni, 3 terenuri (1,5027 ha) în satul Albinețul Vechi, rl. Florești și un teren (8,5234 ha) în Rezina. Conform datelor prezentate, în ZEL Bălți activează 55 de rezidenți, dintre care 15 au obţinut statutul în anul 2017. Suma totală a investiţiilor a atins $162 mil., fiind create 6,2 mii locuri de muncă, iar angajații sunt remunerate cu un salariu mediu de 11,6 mii lei. Totodată, în anul curent sunt preconizate investiții de peste $110 mil., care vor permite crearea a 8 mii de noi locuri de muncă, iar volumul producției ZEL Bălți va spori de la 2,75 mld. lei la 6,6 mld. lei. Autorităţile constată că au loc negocieri cu potențiali investitori, sunt inițiate proiecte care vor necesita suprafeţe suplimetare, dar de care ZEL nu dispune la moment. Astfel, includerea în componenţa ZEL a noiolr teritorii va spori eficiența activităţii acestora, va permite atragerea investițiilor autohtone și străine în cadrul zonelor, asigurând formarea sectoarelor competitive şi utilizatea raţională a patrimoniului statului.
