Potrivit art. 74 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice (Legea nr. 131/2015), contractul de achiziţii publice se încheie conform procedurilor de achiziţie publică prevăzute de prezenta lege, pentru întreaga sumă atribuită unei achiziţii pe an, în temeiul planului de achiziţie și în limita alocaţiilor aprobate.
