Compania DAAC System Integrator

face parte din grupul de companii DAAC, și activează din anul 1995. Astăzi, DAAC System Integrator este cea mai mare companie autohtonă, care activează în calitate de elaborator al produselor software și integrator multiservice în domeniul Tehnologiilor Comunicaționale și Informaționale.

În cadrul companiei activează mai mult de 150 de colaboratori de calificare înaltă, care și-au făcut studiile în Europa, Africa de Sud, țarile CSI, și care posedă experiență profesională în domeniile corespunzătoare ale TIC.

Sistemul calității în efectuarea proiectelor și elaborarea produselor software este certificat conform standardelor ISO 9001:2000, iar serviciul de suport tehnic este elaborat conform standardului ITIL. Insolvabilitate este situația financiară a debitorului caracterizată prin incapacitatea de a-şi onora obligațiile de plată, constatată prin act judecătoresc de dispoziție. Cadrul juridic privind stabilirea unei proceduri colective pentru satisfacerea creanțelor creditorilor din contul patrimoniului debitorului prin aplicarea față de acesta a procedurii de restructurare sau a procedurii falimentului şi prin distribuirea produsului finit este reglementat de prevederile Legii insolvabilității nr. 149 din 29 iunie 2012 (în continuare – Lege).

В начале 90-х годов прошлого века студент Сергей Гинку и его коллеги по Техническому университету начали заниматься тем, что в Молдове в то время, можно сказать, было в диковинку. Начав с экспериментов с разными программами на вычислительных машинах в университете, они позднее были включены в группу разработчиков популярных программ для персональных компьютеров DOS-навигатор и The BAT и таким образом вошли в число первых молдавских профессиональных программистов, ИТ- администраторов и инженеров, как мы это понимаем сейчас.
