Cum pot cetățenii să sesizeze Serviciul Fiscal de Stat despre cazurile de activitate economică ilicită

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat întreprinde în permanență eforturi de combatere a activităților economice ilicite de întreprinzător, fenomen care afectează conformarea fiscală și dezvoltarea unui mediu de afaceri corect și competitiv.


Pentru a construi o economie echitabilă și sustenabilă, este esențial ca fiecare dintre noi să contribuie la respectarea normelor fiscale și comerciale. Conformarea voluntară nu este doar o obligație legală, ci și un semn de responsabilitate față de societate.


De ce este importantă conformarea voluntară?

  • Contribuțiile fiscale asigură finanțarea serviciilor publice: sănătate, educație, infrastructură.
  • Crearea unui mediu concurențial corect, unde toți agenții economici operează în condiții egale.
  • Reducerea riscurilor de sancțiuni, amenzi sau alte măsuri coercitive.

 

Cum puteți contribui?

  • Declarați corect veniturile și achitați taxele la timp.
  • Evitați tranzacțiile nefiscalizate și cereți bon fiscal pentru orice produs sau serviciu achiziționat.
  • Respectați legislația privind înregistrarea și funcționarea afacerilor.

 

❌ Combaterea activităților economice ilicite este o responsabilitate comună!
 

Efectele economiei tenebre afectează întreaga societate, reducând fondurile disponibile pentru servicii esențiale. Sesizați orice nereguli autorităților competente și contribuiți astfel la edificarea unui mediu economic echitabil și sigur.


În context, vă îndemnăm să sesizați cazurile de activitate economică ilicită la Centrul unic de apel al Serviciului Fiscal de Stat – 0 8000 1525, Butonul 3 (apel gratuit), sau la adresa electronică a instituției mail@sfs.md.


Serviciul Fiscal de Stat îndeamnă contribuabilii să respecte reglementările fiscale și să desfășoare activitatea economică în mod transparent.
