1. (34.6.2) Se eliberează bonul de casă în cazul achitării cu cardul bancar (cardul de plată)? 2. (34.1.8) Ce dispozitive și sisteme pentru înregistrarea operațiunilor cu numerar sunt definite în Codul fiscal? 3. (34.1.7) Se utilizează mașinile de casă și de control cu memorie fiscală în activitatea caselor de amanet? 4. (31.6.2) În care termen contribuabilul trebuie să depună contestaţia împotriva deciziei Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, în cazul în care nu este de acord cu decizia la actul de control? 5. (31.6.1) Care este procedura de prezentare a dării de seamă corectate? 6. (31.5.3) Care persoană urmează a fi sancționată conform prevederilor art. 10 pct. 5 din Legea nr. 845-XII din 3 ianuarie 1992 în cazul efectuării achitării prin intermediari? 7. (31.5.2) Ce sancțiune va aplica Serviciul Fiscal de Stat pentru desfășurarea activității fără licență agentului economic ce desfășoară activitate în furnizarea serviciului public de alimentare cu apă și/sau de canalizare? 8. (31.2.16) Va fi sancționată gospodăria țărănească (de fermier) pentru prezentarea tardivă a declarației cu privire la impozitul pe venit, în cazul în care pe parcursul perioadei fiscale nu a avut angajați și nu a obținut venit impozabil? 9. (31.2.15) Dacă contribuabilul a depistat eroare în completarea dării de seamă prin faptul că a indicat greșit perioada fiscală, dar a prezentat dare de seamă corectată (impozitul a fost achitat în termen), va fi sancționat acesta conform art. 260 alin. (3) din Codul fiscal? 10. (31.2.14) Care este mărimea amenzii aplicate contribuabilului pentru ruperea sigiliului legal aplicat pe bunurile contribuabilului de către Serviciul Fiscal de Stat?
