(7.2.4.2) Care cota a taxei pentru apă urmează a fi aplicată la extragerea apei cu scop de producere a băuturilor răcoritoare cu adaos de sirop, dacă agentul economic, în posesia căruia este o sondă, de sine stătător, extrage apa potabilă, produce și îmbuteliază apă și băuturi răcoritoare? 2. (6.6.2.14) Apare obligația de a depune în adresa APL în domeniul comerțului a Notificării privind inițierea activităţii de comerţ și, ca urmare, apare sau nu în calitate de subiect al impunerii cu taxa pentru unitățile comerciale și/sau de prestări servicii, agentul economic, care deține un ,,centru comercial”, spațiile căruia se transmit sub forma de locațiune altor agenți economici, luînd în considerație faptul că activitatea desfășurată corespunde codului activității 68.20 conform CAEM ? 3. (6.2.1.10) Au obligația persoanele care desfășoară activitate independentă de a calcula și achita taxa pentru amenajarea teritoriului? 4. (6.3.6.5) Are obligația agentul economic care a participat la licitație și a achitat taxa de participare la aceasta de a prezenta darea de seamă pe taxele locale (Forma TL13) pentru taxa de organizare a licitațiilor și loteriilor pe teritoriul unității administrativ-teritoriale? 5. (6.5.3.3) Se include în bază impozabilă la taxa pentru simbolică locală venitul din vânzarea producției fabricate, pe care se aplică denumirea întreprinderii, care, în același timp, corespunde cu marca comercială a acestuia, cît și cu denumirea localității? 6. (6.8.2.4) Urmează a fi considerate structuri cu funcțiuni de cazare bunurile imobiliare care aparțin persoanelor juridice sau fizice, înregistrate în calitate de întreprinzător cu drept de proprietate, care se transmit în locațiune? 7. (6.1.14) Unde pot vizualiza contribuabilii informația sistematizată privind taxele locale și cotele aferente acestora, adoptate de către autoritățile administrației publice locale? 8. (10.5.7) Se permite desfășurarea activităților de comerț în alte segmente de stradă în cazul în care aceste străzi prin deciziile consiliilor locale sunt atribuite pentru desfășurarea iarmaroacelor sezoniere (iarmaroacelor-piețe)? 9. (10.1.42) Serviciile prestate de către dansatori la diferite evenimente pot fi desfășurate în baza patentei? Conform cărui gen de activitate pot fi prestate astfel de servicii? 10. (10.1.41) Se aplică reducerea cu 20 % din taxa stabilită pentru eliberarea/prelungirea patentei de întreprinzător, pentru pensionarii altor state care locuiesc permanent în Republica Moldova?
