29.2.3.19 Care este modalitatea de beneficiere de către persoana fizică de scutirea pentru soție (soț), la calcularea impozitului pe venit, dacă această scutire nu a fost solicitată de la începutul anului?

29.2.3.21 Care este mecanismul de utilizare a scutirii pentru soție (soț), în cazul în care pe parcursul anului fiscal atît contribuabilul, cît și soția (soțul) acestuia au utilizat fiecare scutirea sa personală, iar conform rezultatelor anului fiscal soția (soțul) a decis de a transmite scutirea sa personală contribuabilului?
