(28.11.6) Se aplică TVA la livrările efectuate în cadrul unui proiect de asistență tehnică sau investițională (grant), derulat pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova care parțial este finanțat din contul împrumutului, iar parțial din alte mijloace financiare?

(28.11.3) Se aplică TVA pentru livrările de mărfuri şi servicii de subantreprenor, care vor fi livrate antreprenorului, în vederea realizării proiectelor de asistenţă tehnică, asistenţă investiţională?

28.11.9) Se vor restitui sumele TVA achitate de donatori, implementatori sau de beneficiarii proiectelor de asistență tehnică și/sau investițională pentru procurările de mărfuri și/sau servicii destinate realizării proiectelor menționate în anexele nr.1 și nr.2 la HG nr.246/2010, efectuate până la includerea tratatelor internaționale respective în anexe?

(28.11.8) Apar obligații privind TVA, pentru contribuabil în cazul primirii de la nerezident a avansului pentru mărfurile destinate proiectelor de asistență tehnică și proiectelor de asistență investițională?

(28.11.7) Se aplică TVA la importul de mărfuri și servicii de subantreprenor, care ulterior vor fi livrate antreprenorului pentru executarea lucrărilor de construcție pentru proiectele de asistență tehnică și proiectele de asistență investițională?
