31 octombrie - data limită de depunere a dosarelor pentru accesarea granturilor în cadrul Programului „PARE 1+1”

Doritorii de a accesa în anul curent fonduri nerambursabile în cadrul Programului de Atragere a Remitențelor în Economie „PARE 1+1” pot prezenta dosarele până la 31 octombrie 2016. Acesta este termenul limită, stabilit de ODIMM, pentru ca dosarele depuse să fie examinate în termen, iar beneficiarii să-și ridice banii până la sfârșitul anului. Termenul-limită este stabilit pentru beneficiarii, care au participat la prima și a doua etapă a Programului - „Informare și Comunicare” și „Instruire și antreprenoriat”. Recepționarea dosarelor pentru participare la instruiri în cadrul Programului continuă. În anul 2016 au fost deja semnate peste 60 de contracte de finanțare nerambursabilă în sumă totală de circa 13,3 mil. lei. Peste 60 de dosare sunt în proces de examinare. Procedura de aplicare a dosarului pentru Program presupune 4 etape:
  • Informare şi comunicare,
  • Instruire şi suport antreprenorial,
  • Finanţarea afacerilor / Regula 1+1,
  • Monitorizare post-finanţare şi evaluare.
Programul de atragere a remitenţelor în economie „PARE 1+1” a fost inițiat în anul 2010 cu scopul de a încuraja cetățenii moldoveni care muncesc peste hotare să investească banii câștigați în afaceri în Moldova. Până în prezent, cu suportul Uniunii Europene au fost finanțate peste 780 de întreprinderi, suma totală a granturilor acordate fiind de circa 133 mil. lei. Astfel, investițiile în economie au fost de peste 386,5 mil. lei, respectiv fiecare leu acordat sub formă de grant a generat circa 2,9 lei investiții în economia RM. Pentru a beneficia de sursele financiare în cadrul Programului „PARE 1+1”, doritorii trebuie să fie cetățeni ai Republicii Moldova, să fie lucrători-migranţi sau rude de gradul întâi al acestuia, să confirme proveniența banilor obținuți din munca de peste hotare.
