Acord de protejare a investițiilor între Moldova şi Serbia

După ce Parlamentul a votat, la finele sesiunii curente, un proiect de lege pentru ratificarea Acordului dintre Republica Moldova și Emiratele Arabe Unite privind promovarea și protejarea reciprocă a investițiilor, Guvernul a susținut pe 2 august curent inițierea negocierilor Acordului dintre Guvernul Republicii Moldova și Guvernul Republicii Serbia privind promovare și protejarea reciprocă a investițiilor. Acordul menționat are drept scop dezvoltarea colaborării comercial-economice, încurajarea și crearea condițiilor favorabile pentru investițiile persoanelor fizice și juridice a unui stat pe teritoriul celuilalt, stimularea fluxului de capital, fortificarea relațiilor de prietenie între cele două state etc. Acordul se va încheia pe o perioadă de 10 ani și va fi prelungit în mod automat pentru perioade succesive de 5 ani. Este vorba de un proiect de acord-cadru, care vine să completeze cadrul juridic ce ține de comerțul liber, semnat de Republica Moldova cu toate țările CEFTA, care este semnat şi de Serbia și vine pentru încurajarea investițiilor din ambele părți, a declarat ministrul Economiei, Octavian Calmâc. Este un acord necesar, dacă vorbim de investiții pentru țara noastră, a menționat și prim-ministrul Pavel Filip. Documentul va intra în vigoare la data primirii celei de-a doua notificări.
