Administrarea ZEL este transferată în gestiunea Ministerului Economiei

Selectarea, numirea și monitorizarea activităţii administratorilor Zonelor Economice Libere va fi efectuată de Ministerul Economiei, și nu de Guvern. Modificări în acest sens a aprobat Parlamentul în Legea privind ZEL. Totodată, administratorii vor fi numiți pe o perioadă de 3 ani și nu pe 5 ani, precum este prevăzut anterior în lege, iar salariul administratorului va fi stabilit în funcție de performanțele obținute de ZEL, investițiile atrase și proiectele realizate. Prin alte modificări și completări a fost specificată noțiunea de ”producție industrială a mărfurilor”, detaliată ”producția industrială a mărfurilor” în ZEL. Astfel, aceasta prezintă activitatea, în rezultatul căreia materia primă și semifabricatele sunt transformate în produs finit, cu utilizarea echipamentelor industriale. De asemenea au fost aprobate modificări în Legea privind Zona Economică Liberă ”Expo Business Chișinău”, prin care termenul de activitate a acesteia a fost prelungit cu 10 ani, până în 2035, ceea ce va permite realizarea durabilă a unor proiecte investiționale, lansate în această ZEL. Termenul de valabilitate a ZEL Taraclia este de asemenea extins cu 10 ani, până în 2037. iar a ZEL ”Parcul de producție Valcaneș” este stabilit pe o perioadă de 37 ani. Concomitent, au fost aprobate schimbări în configurația ZEL ”Parcul de producție Valcaneș”, iar suprafața acestuia se va extinde pe 107,24 hectare. În RM activează 7 ZEL, care întrunesc peste 180 de rezidenți. Ministerului Economiei este de părere, că asemenea structuri cum sunt ZEL și parcurile industriale, dinamizează activitatea economică a țării prin atragerea de noi investiții străine, tehnologii și bune practici de organizare a afacerilor.
