Ajustarea sistemului de evidență contabilă pentru exportul IPC18 și DSA18

Raportarea electronică devine tot mai solicitată și utilizată de către contribuabili, în acest context, curând, urmează a fi lansat un serviciu nou „Ghișeul Unic de Raportare Electronică„ - o platformă unde va fi posibilă raportarea centralizată electronică către mai multe instituții publice. Inițiativa implementării platformei este condiționată de realizarea acțiunii pct. 3.12 din „Planul de acțiuni privind reforma de modernizare a serviciilor publice pentru anii 2017-2021”, aprobată prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr.966 din 09.08.2016. Implementarea platformei unice de raportare va aduce contribuabililor următoarele beneficii: 1. Micșorarea numărului de rapoarte către autoritățile publice. 2. Eficientizarea timpului și a costurilor pentru întocmirea și prezentarea rapoartelor către autoritățile publice din Republica Moldova. 3. Sporirea securității și protecției datelor cu caracter personal. Platforma unică de raportare la etapa de lansare va include formulare de raportare electronică către Ministerul Finanțelor (un raport), Serviciul Fiscal de Stat (94 rapoarte), Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale (o dare de seamă unificată și un formular), Casa Națională de Asigurări în Medicină (o dare de seamă unificată și un formular), Biroul Național de Statistică (26 rapoarte). De asemenea, informăm contribuabilii care planifică să-și ajusteze sistemul de evidență contabilă în vederea exportării dărilor de seamă IPC18 și DSA18 în format electronic, despre posibilitatea descărcarii schemelor XSD la accesarea link-ului: Descarcă forma XSD pentru IPC18 Descarcă forma XSD pentru DSA18. Revenim în curând cu mai multe detalii privind data lansării Ghișeului unic de raportare electronică.
