Ajustarea veniturilor FAOAM pentru anul 2020

Fondurile asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pe anul 2020 vor fi ajustate și vor constitui la venituri 8151392,2 mii de lei și la cheltuieli - 8383392,2 mii de lei, cu un deficit în sumă de 232000,0 mii de lei. Un proiect de lege pentru modificarea Legii fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pe anul 2020 este elaborat de Ministerul Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale și propus spre consultare publică. Reamintim că, prin Legea fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pe anul 2020 nr.174/2019, au fost stabilite veniturile și cheltuielile în sumă de 8 383 392,2 mii lei. La partea de venituri, 5 204 862,2 mii lei erau prevăzute din primele de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală în formă de contribuţie procentuală la salariu şi la alte recompense, ceea ce corespundea unui fond de salariu de circa 57,8 mld. lei. Conform prognozei actualizate a indicatorilor macroeconomici, în condițiile situației epidemiologice ce a adus la sistarea activității unor întreprinderi din economia națională, se constată micșorarea fondului de remunerare a muncii până la circa 55,3 mld. lei. Astfel, proiectul este elaborat cu scopul precizării veniturilor FAOAM ca rezultat al actualizării prognozei indicatorilor macroeconomici de către Ministerul Economiei şi Infrastructurii. În acest context, se propune micșorarea veniturilor cu 232 000,0 mii lei din contul primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală în formă de contribuţie procentuală la salariu şi la alte recompense achitate de fiecare categorie de plătitori și formarea deficitului în sumă de 232 000,0 mii lei. Acesta va fi acoperit din contul soldului care, la data de 1 ianuarie 2020, a constituit 549 696,5 mii lei. Proiectul poate fi consultat până la 14 aprilie curent.
