Ajutor umanitar pentru compensarea pierderilor suferite de producătorii agricoli

Cuantumul cantitativ de motorină din ajutorul umanitar extern acordat de către România destinat compensării parțiale a pierderilor suferite de producătorii agricoli ca urmare a înregistrării secetei la culturile de fitotehnie pentru roada anului 2020 va fi stabilit de un Regulament, proiectul hotărârii de Guvern cu privire la aprobarea acestuia fiind elaborat de Ministerul Agriculturii, Dezvoltării Regionale și Mediului. Astfel, prin intermediul Agenției de Intervenție și Plăți pentru Agricultură (AIPA) va fi întocmită lista potențialilor beneficiari și cuantumul de motorină corespunzător nivelului de afectare de secetă. AIPA va prezenta Ministerului Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale, inclusiv Comisiei interdepartamentală pentru ajutoare umanitare, lista potențialilor beneficiari de ajutorul umanitar extern oferit de România, în limita cantității de 6000 tone de motorină.

 

Ajutorul material se va distribui  prin intermediul Agenției Rezerve Materiale pentru îndeplinirea lucrărilor de primăvară, în scopul obținerii de recoltă în anul 2021.

 

Perioada de depunere a cererilor de solicitare a ajutorului va constitui 21 zile calendaristice de la data publicării hotărârii în Monitorul Oficial. Informația despre data limită de depunere a cererilor, inclusiv Lista prealabilă a potențialilor beneficiari de ajutor va fi plasată pe paginile web oficiale ale AIPA și MADRM.

 

Cererea de acordare a ajutorului se va depune de către solicitant sau reprezentantul legal al acestuia la subdiviziunea teritorială a AIPA din raza teritorială în care își desfășoară activitatea solicitantul.  Dosarul de acordare a ajutorului va conține, pe lângă cerere, declarația pe propria răspundere privind completitudinea dosarului și veridicitatea informației, copia certificatului de înregistrare a întreprinderii, certificatul de confirmare eliberat de către autoritatea publică locală, rechizitele cardului Lanțului de distribuție a produselor petroliere selectat pentru repartizarea ajutorului și copia actului de constatare a pagubelor la culturile de fitotehnie pentru recolta anului 2020 cauzate de secetă.

 

Ajutorul se va acordă dacă, conform actelor de constatare, seceta din anul 2020 a afectat 60% și mai mult din recolta culturilor de fitotehnie.
