Alocarea a 6,125 mil. lei pentru salvarea monumentului de arhitectură

Guvernul a aprobat exercitarea dreptului de preemțiune a statului la vânzarea-cumpărarea bunului imobil proprietate privată, încăpere nelocuibilă cu suprafața de 385,5 m.p, situat în municipiul Chișinău, str/ Mitropolit G. Bănulescu - Bodoni nr 16, monument de arhitectură și istorie, în scopul creării Muzeului victimelor deportărilor și represiunilor politice. Decizia de înființare a acestui Muzeu a fost aprobată la 02 iulie 2010, dar aceasta nu poate fi realizată, din cauza că o treime din spațiile edificiului se află în proprietate privată. Vânzarea porțiunii a fost efectuată de “Sindbalneotur “ către SRL ”Ledamiris” SRL. La nenumăratele solicitări ale ministerului de resort de a participa la restabilirea imobilului cu o cotă parte, ”Ledamiris” a răspuns negativ. În prezent SRJ ”Ledamiris” se află în insolvabilitate, iar dreptul de proprietate asupra acestui spațiu a fost trecut în contul datoriilor sale către Corporația de Finanțare Rurală. În conformitate cu art. 9 al Legii privind ocrotirea monumentelor, dreptul de preemțiune (prioritar) asupra monumentelor scoase la vânzare este acordat statului. Clauza respectivă favorizează cumpărarea acestei suprafețe a bunului imobil N16, valoarea căreia, conform experţilor, se estimează la 6,125 mil. lei. Această sumă este prevăzută în bugetul Ministerului Educației, Culturii și Cercetării pentru 2017. Mijloacele vor fi alocate pe măsura prezentării documentelor confirmative.
