ANOFM : programe de subvenționare a angajatorilor

Agenția Națională pentru Ocuparea Forței de Muncă anunță că, în scopul angajării  și (re)integrării persoanelor din categoriile care necesită suport suplimentar pe piața muncii,  implementează următoarele programe de subvenționare a angajatorilor.

 
 Programul I. Subvenționarea locurilor de muncă

 Agenții economici pot beneficia de subvenții lunare în sumă de 2206,83 lei, mărimea subvenției este egală cu 30% din salariul mediu lunar pe economie pentru anul precedent.

 

Subvenția respectivă se va acorda, pe un termen de 6 luni, în cazul în care vor angaja șomeri, direcționați de către (STOFM) din următoarele categorii:
  • persoane cu dizabilități;
  • persoane eliberate din locurile de detenție;
  • victime ale traficului de ființe umane, după reabilitare psihologică și socială;
  • victime ale violenței în familie;
  • persoane care luptă cu consumul de substanțe stupefiante ori psihotrope, după reabilitare psihologică și socială;
  • persoane cu vârsta de 50 ani și peste.

 

Angajatorii sunt obligați să menţină raporturile de muncă cu persoana angajată pe o perioadă de cel puţin 12 luni de la data încheierii perioadei în care a primit subvenția.

 


 
Programul  II. Subvenționarea pentru crearea sau adaptarea locurilor de muncă pentru persoanele cu dizabilități

 Agenții economici care vor crea sau adapta un loc de muncă pentru persoanele cu dizabilități și vor angaja șomeri din categoria dată la aceste locuri de muncă, vor beneficia de compensarea a 50% din costurile necesare creării sau adaptării locului de muncă. 

 

Mărimea subvenției constituie 73561 lei și nu poate depăși cuantumul a 10 salarii medii lunare pe economie pentru anul precedent, pentru fiecare loc de muncă creat sau adaptat.

 Angajatorii sunt obligați să păstreze locul de muncă creat sau adaptat pe o perioadă de cel puțin 36 de luni.
 

Pentru a beneficia de subvenții, angajatorii trebuie să întrunească următoarele condiții:
- sunt înregistrați în Registrul de stat al persoanelor juridice și întreprinzătorilor individuali;
- nu au activitatea suspendată, nu se află în proces de insolvabilitate sau lichidare;
- nu au datorii față de bugetul public național pentru anul precedent;
- nu au datorii față de salariați pentru anul precedent.

 

Angajatorii care sunt interesați să beneficieze de subvenții urmează să se adreseze la agențiile teritoriale de ocuparea a forței de muncă în a cărei rază își desfășoară activitatea.
