ANOFM vine în ajutorul agenților economici

În scopul dezvoltării și stabilirii de noi parteneriate pe piața muncii Agenția Națională pentru Ocuparea Forței de Muncă (ANOFM) organizează în perioada 11-29 aprilie 2016 Campania de vizite la agenții economici cu sloganul „Aveți oferte de muncă și căutați personal? Noi Vă putem ajuta!”. Printre obiectivele Campaniei se includ informarea angajatorilor despre serviciile prestate de agențiile teritoriale pentru ocuparea forței de muncă (AOFM), canalele de informare și recrutare on-line administrate de ANOFM: site-ul www.anofm.md, portalul www.angajat.md, platforma târgului on-line www.e-angajare.md), administrate de ANOFM; sensibilizarea angajatorilor la problemele din teritoriu în domeniul ocupării forței de muncă, inclusiv la angajarea persoanelor din grupurile vulnerabile, dar și informarea agenților economici despre posibilitatea de a participa la târgurile locurilor de muncă, inclusiv târguri on-line și forumurile profesiilor /meseriilor, care vor fi organizate în luna mai curent. Pe parcursul Campaniei, agențiile teritoriale pentru ocuparea forței de muncă vor organiza seminare informative cu agenți economici din teritoriu, mese rotunde sau ședințe de lucru pentru a iniția și consolida parteneriate cu unul dintre cei mai importanți actori pe piața muncii – angajatorul. Evenimentul este organizat inclusiv în contextul marcării a 25 ani de la crearea Serviciului Public de Ocupare din Republica Moldova.
