Arenda pădurilor a fost interzisă

Cabinetul de miniştri a aprobat o Hotărâre de Guvern, elaborată de Ministerul Mediului, prin care Regulamentul privind arenda fondului forestier a fost modificat. Pe lângă interzicerea arendei pădurilor, Regulamentul mai prevede și creșterea prețurilor pentru arenda existentă de circa cinci ori, astfel încât plata pe termen de un an pentru un hectar de terenuri forestiere va constitui puțin peste 19 mii de lei, față de 4 025 de lei cât este în prezent. Potrivit conducerii Ministerului Mediului, majorarea prețului va contribui la dezagregarea arendării terenurilor forestiere și va favoriza scăderea numărului contractelor de arendă. Conform datelor instituției, restanţele arendatorilor la bugetul de stat au depăşit suma de peste 12 milioane de lei. O altă prevedere conținută în document presupune interzicerea concesionării dreptului de arendă către alte persoane fizice sau juridice, indiferent de forma organizatorico-juridică. Potrivit unui comunicat al Ministerului Mediului, arendarea terenurilor forestiere a fost permisă odată cu adoptarea unei Hotărâri de Guvern în februarie 2008, care instituia mecanismul legal de obţinere a pădurilor. În prezent, între Agenţia „Moldsilva” şi beneficiari rămân în vigoare peste 650 de contracte de arendă pe o suprafaţă totală de aproape șapte mii de hectare.
