Asigurarea riscului de audit de către entitățile de audit

Pentru asigurarea riscului de audit, entitatea de audit, după caz, încheie cu asigurătorul un contract de asigurare de răspundere civilă pentru posibile riscuri de activitate profesională, obiectul asigurării fiind contractul de audit sau constituie provizioane în mărime de minimum 15% din venitul din vânzări în perioada de gestiune aferentă auditului. Totodată, în cazul efectuării auditului la entitățile de interes public, entitatea de audit asigură riscul de audit conform primei prevederi, iar în cazul efectuării auditului la alte entități decât cele de interes public, entitatea de audit va constitui provizioane. Acestea sunt prevederile proiectului ordinului privind aprobarea modificărilor la Ordinul nr. 149 din 22.11.2010 cu privire la aprobarea Indicațiilor metodice privind modul de asigurare a riscului de audit, propus de către Ministerul Finanțelor spre consultare. Modificările elaborate au ca scop îmbunătățirea modului de asigurare a riscului de audit de către entitățile de audit. Principalele prevederi ale proiectului țin de ajustarea conținutului Indicațiilor metodice privind modul de asigurare a riscului de audit la prevederile Legii privind auditul situațiilor financiare și Standardelor Naționale de Contabilitate (SNC). Astfel, noțiunile de societatea de audit, auditorul întreprinzător individual sunt aduse în concordanță cu legislația, fiind substituite cu entitatea de audit. Modul de contabilizare a cheltuielilor aferente contractelor de asigurare și a provizioanelor este stabilit în SNC „Capital propriu și datorii”.
