Бизнес-инкубатор для обучения предпринимательству

При Центре передового опыта в области виноградарства и виноделия в Кишиневе (CVVC), создан бизнес-инкубатор для обучения предпринимательству в области сельского хозяйства, виноделия и индустриализации сельскохозяйственного производства. Его открытие состоялось благодаря предоставлению гранта на общую сумму 358 тысяч леев в рамках проекта «Эффективное сельское хозяйство» в Молдове, финансируемого Агентством США по международному развитию и реализуемого Chemonics. Целью проекта является развитие программы наставничества и коучинга для групп из 10-15 человек, которым предстоит постичь азы предпринимательства, а также укрепить потенциал CVVC для обеспечения непрерывности деятельности бизнес-инкубатора как платформы для обучения управления бизнесом и/или переподготовки предпринимателей в аграрном секторе, сообщает Министерство сельского хозяйства, регионального развития и окружающей среды.
 
Слушателей курсов обучат планированию бизнеса, ознакомят с формами и способом регистрации собственной компании, управлению человеческим капиталом, финансовому управлению и т.д. Помимо этого, участники программы узнают об источниках финансирования бизнеса, основы маркетинга, публичных выступлений, бизнес-общения, ведения переговоров и многое другое. Преподавателями станут эксперты из различных областей, а также представители частных компаний, осуществляющих деятельность в сельском хозяйстве, садоводстве и виноградарстве.
 
По мнению представителей Министерства сельского хозяйства, регионального развития и окружающей среды, этот инкубатор может стать генератором бизнес-идей и платформой для развития и освоения новых ниш в сельскохозяйственном, винодельческом и промышленном секторах.
 
Инкубатор обучения предпринимательству приспособлен и оборудован для проведения конференций, семинаров, мастер-классов, тематических круглых столов.
