Bugetul Consiliului de supraveghere publică a auditului, aprobat

Bugetul Consiliului de supraveghere publică a auditului pentru anul 2019 este aprobat în sumă de 2694,6 mii lei (atât la venituri, cât și la cheltuieli). Guvernul a votat proiectul de hotărâre privind aprobarea bugetului Instituției publice „Consiliul de supraveghere publică a auditului” pentru anul 2019. Veniturile obținute din plățile și cotizațiile efectuate de auditori, entitățile de audit și stagiari constituie suma de 1480,8 mii lei, iar subvențiile primite de la bugetul de stat – 1213,8 mii lei, suma fiind prevăzută în bugetul de stat pentru anul 2019 la compartimentul de cheltuieli ale Ministerului Finanțelor, a menționat ministrul Finanțelor, Serghei Pușcuța. Totodată, cheltuielile Consiliului includ cheltuielile de personal (2218,3 mii lei), cheltuieli pentru achitarea serviciilor de locațiune (221,4 mii lei), pentru procurarea mijloacelor fixe (60,0 mii lei), cheltuieli aferente procurării programului informațional „Soft-Contabil” (15,0 mii lei), cele aferente formării profesionale (10,0 mii lei) etc. Potrivit proiectului, Consiliul de supraveghere publică a auditului va prezenta Ministerului Finanțelor raportul privind executarea bugetului pentru anul 2019 până la 1 martie 2020. Amintim că Consiliul este o instituție publică autonomă responsabilă pentru supravegherea publică a auditului, ca atribuții având: elaborarea recomandărilor pentru ameliorarea sistemului de instruire profesională continuă a auditorilor, organizarea procesului de certificare a auditorilor, stabilirea cerinţelor minime pentru executarea programului de pregătire a stagiarului în audit, efectuarea controlului extern al calităţii auditului etc.
