Ce salarii oferă angajatorii din Republica Moldova

Cel mai bine plătit loc de muncă, conform Topului prezentat de Agenția Națională pentru Ocuparea Forței de Muncă, este cel de maistru de sector (electricitate) pentru care se propune un salariu maxim de 25 mii lei și minim de 18 mii lei.
 
Acesta este urmat de salarii maxime de 20 mii lei propuse pentru funcții vacante precum: declarant vamal (Ungheni), director executiv, inginer programator, inginer electronist (Chișinău), consultat (Ialoveni), director de producție (Fălești), conducător auto (Ceadâr-Lunga).

 

Salarii maxime de 18 mii lei sunt propuse de angajatori celor ce vor ocupa funcțiile vacante de medic specialist (Cantemir) și medic medicina generală (Centrul Național de Transfuzie a Sângelui din Bălți).

 

Totodată, agenții economici oferă salarii maxime de 15 mii lei pentru ocuparea funcțiilor de șef-serviciu (CET-NORD Bălți), conducător auto, lăcătuș auto, diriginte de șantier, manager, inginer producție.

 

Salarii maxime de 14-12 mii lei sunt oferite la ocuparea funcțiilor vacante de medic-șef (Călărași și Bălți), inginer (Telenești), sudor, taxator, motorist, strungar, manager în comerț, specialist în recrutare, cusător, montator linii de telecomunicații etc.

 

De asemenea, se propun salarii maxime de circa 11 mii lei pentru unele funcții vacante de diriginte de șantier (Ialoveni), inginer-programator (Bălți), contabil-șef (Cahul), analist investiții (CET NORD Bălți) și medic medicina general (Șoldănești).

 

Topul celor mai bine plătite locuri de muncă este încheiat cu salarii maxime de 10 mii lei pentru funcții vacante ca: mecanizator, economist, muncitor auxiliar, electrosudor, agent vânzări, vopsitor auto, reprezentant comercial, profesor, contabil-șef (Căușeni), specialist în domeniul calității (Orhei) etc.

 

Reamintim, la începutul lunii curente în baza de date a ANOFM erau înregistrate 8433 locuri de muncă vacante,  dintre care peste 85% erau pentru persoanele cu nivel de instruire secundar și pentru muncitorii necalificați.
