Citațiile la SFS. Examinarea online a cazului de încălcare fiscală

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a aprobat, prin Ordinul nr.636 din 20 decembrie 2021, noile formulare de Citație  privind examinarea cazului de încălcare a legislației și Citație la Serviciul Fiscal de Stat. Amintim că, până în momentul de față, au fost utilizate formularele aprobate prin Ordinul nr. 1289/2016 al Inspectoratului Fiscal Principal de Stat (atât Citaţia privind examinarea cazului de încălcare a legislației (anexa nr.1), cât și cel al Citației la Serviciul Fiscal de Stat (anexa nr.2)), care a fost abrogat în momentul publicării în MO (7 ianuarie 2022) a Ordinului nr. 636/2021 al autorității fiscale.  Cu toate acestea, formularele de tip vechi din cadrul subdiviziunilor structurale ale SFS vor fi utilizate până la epuizarea stocului.

 

Spre deosebire de formularele anterioare, celor noi le este atribuită serie (C – pentru Citaţia privind examinarea cazului de încălcare a legislației și D – pentru Citație) și număr. În ambele formulare este menționată necesitatea deținerii asupra sa a actului de identitate a persoanei citate (după caz, a reprezentantului împuternicit).

 

Totodată, SFS oferă contribuabililor posibilitatea să aleagă posibilitatea de examinare a încălcării în regim online, cu utilizarea sistemelor de comunicare disponibile (Skype, Skype for business, Zoom etc.).
