Clasamentul performanței bancare în Moldova

În Republica Moldova băncile cu cea mai bună performanță sunt: B.C. Moldova-Agroindbank (MAIB), urmată de B.C. Mobias-Banca, B.C. Moldindconbank (MICB) și B.C. Victoriabank, potrivit informației oferite de Centrul Analitic Expert-Grup, cu referire la clasamentul performanței bancare din Republica Moldova – Aplicația interactivă, ediția a II-a, septembrie 2017. Clasamentul performanței bancare nu este un indicator pentru adoptarea deciziilor de plasare a economiilor sau atragere a finanțărilor, dar reprezintă o sursă de informare asupra rezultatelor generate de fiecare bancă în parte în funcție de nivelul mediu generat de sectorul bancar la nivel agregat. Clasamentul este realizat în conformitate cu indicatori precum – lichiditate, capital, calitate active, profitabilitate, indicatori de piață. În cazul instituțiilor bancare menționate anterior, majoritatea indicatorilor se încadrează în limitele agreate de practica bancară. În mod particular, aceste bănci excelează la compartimentul profitabilitate și indicatori de piață, fapt ce presupune deținerea unei cote semnificative în piața națională de servicii bancare. Indicatorii ce țin de capital și lichiditate se situează în apropiere de media înregistrată în sector, dar puțin peste limitele recomandate de literatura bancară. Expert-Grup reamintește că pentru trei bănci (MAIB, VB și MICB) continuă aplicarea unor regimuri speciale de activitate, respectiv monitorizarea intensivă și intervențiea timpurie, fapt ce presupune condiții relativ diferite decât pentru restul băncilor. În continuarea clasamentului se regăsesc băncile de talie medie – BC ProCreditBank, BC FinCombank, BC EuroCreditBank, BC Energbank, BC Comerțbank. Topul este încheiat de băncile caracterizate de o cotă de piață mică sau o profitabilitate redusă - BCR Chișinău și BC Eximbank. Nivelul redus de profit acumulat și calitatea scăzută a activelor afectează rezultatele generale ale băncilor din partea de jos a clasamentului. Astfel, cota de piață redusă pe majoritatea segmentelor de servicii bancare sau ponderea înaltă a creditelor calificate ca fiind neperformante, sunt principalele elemente care reduc capacitatea unor bănci de a avansa în clasamentul general al performanței bancare generale. Menționăm că acest clasament este actualizat lunar de Expert-Grup, iar în luna august, când a fost prezentată prima ediție a Clasamentului în cadrul unui eveniment dedicat principalelor reforme din sectorul financiar al RM în perioada august-septembrie 2017, în fruntea clasamentului, primele poziții au fost deținute de același bănci - Moldova-Agroindbank, Mobiasbanca și Moldinconbank și Victoriabank.
