CNAM: Prima AOAM pentru 2015 rămâne deocamdată neschimbată

Începând cu data de 1 ianuarie 2015 şi până la adoptarea Legii fondurilor de asigurare medicală obligatorie (AOAM) pentru anul 2015, prima de asigurare medicală obligatorie în sumă fixă rămâne neschimbată - 4056 lei. Pentru perioada respectivă, Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină a aprobat un buget provizoriu al fondurilor AOAM, în temeiul art. 57 al Legii finanţelor publice şi responsabilităţii bugetar–fiscale nr. 181 din 25.07.2014 şi al deciziei Consiliului de Administraţie al CNAM nr. 10 din 23.12.2014. Bugetul provizoriu se formează şi se execută în corespundere cu prevederile Legii fondurilor AOAM pentru 2014. Astfel, prima de asigurare medicală obligatorie, achitată în sumă fixă, rămâne în valoare de 4056 lei, până la intrarea în vigoare a Legii fondurilor AOAM pentru 2015. De asemenea, vor fi păstrate şi reducerile de 50% şi 75%. Fondatorii de întreprinderi individuale, arendaşii, arendatorii, alţi cetăţeni care nu sunt angajaţi şi nu sunt asiguraţi de Guvern vor achita 2 028 lei, ceea ce reprezintă 50% din prima de asigurare medicală. Plata poate fi efectuată la oficiile Poştei Moldovei şi la agenţiile teritoriale ale CNAM. Proprietarii de terenuri agricole îşi vor asigura riscul cu 1014 lei, achitând doar 25% din prima medicală, la agenţiile teritoriale ale CNAM. Notarii, avocaţii şi executorii judecătoreşti vor achita prima în mărime integrală, de 4056 lei. Plata poate fi efectuată la orice bancă sau agenţie teritorială (AT) a CNAM, cu confirmarea ulterioară a plăţii la AT. Din momentul adoptării şi intrării în vigoare a Legii fondurilor AOAM pentru 2015, achitarea primei de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală se va realiza în corespundere cu noua lege. Pentru a asigura accesul persoanelor la achitarea primei de asigurare, oficiile agenţiilor teritoriale ale CNAM vor lucra inclusiv în zilele de 2 şi 9 ianuarie 2015.
