Compensarea parțială a pierderii roadei de porumb

Cabinetul de miniștri a aprobat Regulamentul privind stabilirea modului de acordare a ajutorului financiar din partea Guvernului Federației Ruse, destinat pentru compensarea parțială a prejudiciului cauzat de seceta din anul 2020 la cultura porumbului și pregătirea solului pentru recolta anului 2021.
 
Documentul stabilește procedura de acordare, modalitatea și procesul de calcul al sumei ajutorului financiar, dar și modul de repartizare a mijloacelor financiare. Autoritatea responsabilă de realizare a acestuia va fi Agenția pentru Intervenții și Plăți în Agricultură (AIPA).
 

Astfel, compensația se va acorda producătorilor agricoli ale căror câmpuri însămânțate cu porumb au fost afectate de secetă în proporție de 60% și mai mult. Conform estimărilor, suprafața totală afectată de calamități naturale este de 505 mii hectare. Pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor Ministerul Finanțelor va aloca Ministerului Agriculturii și Dezvoltării Regionale 59730,0 mii lei din fondul de intervenție al Guvernului.

 

Menționăm că, în urma semnării Acordului dintre Ministerul Finanțelor al Republicii Moldova şi Ministerul Finanțelor al Federaţiei Ruse, Guvernul Republicii Moldova a primit asistență financiară nerambursabilă în valoare de 275,0 mil. ruble rusești pentru susținerea producătorilor agricoli, care au avut de suferit din cauza calamităților naturale din acest an.
