Compensații producătorilor, indiferent de dimensiunea lor

Producătorii de prune, mere și struguri, care dispun de plantații mai mari de 15 hectare ar putea primi și ei compensați în vederea recuperării pierderilor suportate în 2014, urmare a restricțiilor la exportul produselor respective pe piața rusă. Nicolae Ciubuc, director-adjunct al Agenției de Intervenții și Plăți pentru Agricultură a spus că s-a încheiat perioada de recepționare a cererilor de obținere a compensațiilor pentru producătorii de mere, prune și struguri, persoane juridice și fizice, ale căror plantații au o suprafață de până la 15 hectare. Acestora le vor fi plătite compensații din creditul de 12mln dolari, acordat Moldovei de către Banca Mondială. Condiția stipulată în Acordul de finanțare a fost, ca plantațiile deținute de producători să nu depășească 15 hectare - a precizat Ciubuc. Însă , potrivit afirmațiilor sale, guvernul încearcă să identifice alte surse de finanțare pentru a oferi compensații și producătorilor, ale căror plantații au o suprafață mai mare de 15 hectare. Doar ei, de asemenea, au avut de suferit. Sperăm că până la rectificarea bugetului pe 2015 , care , precum s-a spus anterior, va fi efectuată în curând, să fie identificată sursa și AIPA să primească mijloacele necesare pentru acordarea de compensați și acestei categorii de producători- a adăugat el. Ciubuc a informat că e vorba de 300 de producători, iar suma necesară pentru plata compensațiilor pentru pierderile suportate se estimează la circa 40mln lei.
