Componența nominală a Comitetului de supraveghere a auditului, propusă spre consultare

Ministerul Finanțelor propune spre consultare proiectul de hotărâre de Guvern pentru aprobarea componenței nominale a Comitetului de supraveghere a auditului. Astfel, în componența nominală a Comitetuluisunt înaintați:
  • Natalia Tonu - şef adjunct al Direcţiei reglementarea contabilităţii şi auditului în sectorul corporativ, Ministerul Finanţelor
  • Silvia Cemertan - consultant principal al Direcţiei reglementarea contabilităţii şi auditului în sectorul corporativ, Ministerul Finanţelor
  • Stela Cibotari - șef al Direcției reglementare, Departamentul reglementare și autorizare, Banca Națională a Moldovei
  • Tamara Andrușca - vicepreședinte al Curții de Conturi
  • Svetlana Lupașcu - consilier al Președintelui Comisiei Naționale a Pieței Financiare
  • Livia Gurduza - reprezentant al mediului de afaceri
  • Anatolie Iachimovschi - reprezentant al mediului academic specializat în audit.
Potrivit notei proiectului, necesitatea aprobării componenței nominale a Comitetului de supraveghere a auditului este generată de prevederile art.38 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 271/2017 privind auditul situațiilor financiare, potrivit căruia componența nominală a comitetului se aprobă pe un termen de 3 ani. Articolul menționat prevede că Comitetul este format din 7 membri nepracticieni care posedă cunoștințe în domeniul economic sau în cel juridic și include 2 reprezentanţi ai Ministerului Finanţelor, un reprezentant al Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei, un reprezentant al Curții de Conturi, un reprezentant al Comisiei Naționale a Pieței Financiare, un reprezentant al mediului de afaceri și unul al mediului academic specializat în audit. Membrii Comitetului au fost selectați în urma unei proceduri de numire transparente stabilite în Regulamentul de activitate al Consiliului de supraveghere publică a auditului. Reprezentantul mediului academic specializat în audit și reprezentantul mediului de afaceri au fost selectați de Comisia de concurs din cadrul Ministerului Finanțelor. În același timp, candidaturile reprezentanților BNM, Curții de Conturi și CNPF au fost solicitate de Ministerul Finanțelor, conform prevederilor Regulamentului menționat. Proiectul de hotărâre pentru aprobarea componenței nominale a Comitetului de supraveghere a auditului poate fi consultat până la 26 noiembrie curent.
