Conceptul de reformare a sistemului spitalicesc

La Guvern a fost prezentat noul concept de reformare a sectorului spitalicesc. Ședinţa a fost prezidată de prim-ministrul Pavel Filip, care a accentuat că reforma spitalicească se înscrie în seria de reforme importante în domeniul sănătății, alături de reforma asistenţei medicale primare şi cea a sectorului de supraveghere a sănătăţii publice. Reforma spitalicească este absolut necesară atunci când vorbim de sistemul de sănătate. Este o reformă care nu va fi realizată în jumătate de an sau un an, însă existența unui concept deja ne va asigura de faptul că vom avea un sistem spitalicesc, unde oamenii vor avea parte de servicii de calitate. Îmi doresc să aprobăm cât mai curând conceptul și să parcurgem, etapă cu etapă, pașii necesari, a spus premierul. Principalele prevederi ale proiectului vizează asigurarea accesului cetățenilor la servicii de calitate în cadrul unui sistem de sănătate integru, centrat pe pacient. Astfel, noul concept vine să rezolve principalele probleme din sistem, printre care calitatea joasă a serviciilor medicale, în special în spitale raionale, utilizarea ineficientă a mijloacelor financiare și cheltuielile exagerate pentru menținerea infrastructurii spitalicești excesive. Conceptul de reformare propune crearea unei reţele spitaliceşti regionale, în funcție de profilul instituțiilor medicale şi numărul populaţiei deservite. Este prevăzută, de asemenea, crearea spitalelor centrale la Chișinău și Bălți. Aprobarea noului model va permite concentrarea dispozitivelor medicale costisitoare în mai puține spitale și creșterea intensității utilizării acestora, dezvoltarea abilităților practice ale medicilor, datorită fluxului de pacienți, dar și îmbunătățirea condiţiilor de lucru a cadrelor medicale. Premierul a subliniat importanţa efectuării, în paralel, a unei analize a infrastructurii necesare pentru ambulanțele care vor asigura accesul oamenilor la instituțiile specializate. De asemenea, a fost analizată posibilitatea deschiderii unor centre de îngrijire și reabilitare, în limita infrastructurii spitalicești existente, pentru a răspunde necesităților populației în aceste servicii. Conceptul reformei spitalicești urmează a fi definitivat în cel mai scurt timp.
