Condiții transparente de selectare a administratorilor ÎS

Ministerul Finanțelor expune pentru consultări publice proiectul Regulamentului privind organizarea și desfășurarea concursului pentru ocuparea funcției vacante de administrator al întreprinderii de stat. Proiectul prevede o modalitate unică de selectare a administratorilor întreprinderilor de stat, care ar asigura protejarea intereselor financiare ale statului și gestionarea eficientă a patrimoniului de stat. Astfel, în afară de procedura de organizare a concursului sunt stabilite condițiile de participare la concurs, modul de evaluare a probelor, precum și atribuțiile consiliilor de administrație a ÎS în organizarea ți desfășurarea concursurilor. Concursul constă din proba scrisă și interviu. În cadrul probei scrise candidații vor răspunde la o serie de întrebări în scris și își vor expune viziunea asupra dezvoltării întreprinderii respective. Proiectul Regulamentului explică etapele de desfășurare a concursului, astfel ca să fie asigurată echitatea, corectitudinea și transparența evaluării probelor scrise și a interviului. Rezultatele fiecărei probe vor fi afișate pe panoul informațional al întreprinderii de stat și pe pagina web a fondatorului acesteia(adică autorității publice centrale). Este prevăzută și crearea unor comisii, care vor examina contestațiile la rezultatele selectării candidaților. După aprobarea de către guvern toate autoritățile administrației publice centrale vor utiliza obligatori prevederile Regulamentului la selectarea administratorilor ÎS. Cu titlu de recomandare ,acesta poate fi folosit și de autoritățile publice locale la selectarea conducătorilor întreprinderilor municipale.
