Costurile pentru serviciile medicale prestate persoanelor asigurate sunt acoperite de CNAM

Costurile pentru serviciile medicale prestate persoanelor asigurate în conformitate cu Programul unic al asigurării obligatorii de asistenţă medicală (AOAM) sunt acoperite integral de Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină (CNAM), fără vreo plată suplimentară pentru acestea din partea beneficiarilor. Precizarea vine ca urmare a unor speculaţii apărute în mediul on-line, în contextul aprobării recente a noilor tarife pentru serviciile medicale. Menţionăm că modificarea tarifelor vizează în special serviciile medicale prestate contra plată cetăţenilor care nu sunt asiguraţi ori care nu respectă paşii de acces în sistem (bilet de trimitere de la medicul de familie, medic specialist). CNAM reiterează că persoanele încadrate în sistemul de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală, care urmează paşii de acces în sistem, beneficiază de serviciile incluse în Programul unic al AOAM, oferite la toate nivelurile de asistenţă medicală. Este vorba despre asistenţa medicală urgentă prespitalicească, cea primară, specializată de ambulatoriu, spitalicească, servicii de înaltă performanţă, îngrijiri medicale comunitare şi la domiciliu. Totodată, asistenţa medicală urgentă prespitalicească şi cea primară sunt acordate inclusiv persoanelor neasigurate, iar în cazul maladiilor social-condiţionate, precum tuberculoza, afecţiuni oncologice, HIV/SIDA etc., cei neasiguraţi beneficiază şi de asistenţă medicală specializată de ambulatoriu, şi de cea spitalicească. CNAM îndeamnă cetăţenii să achite prima de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală în sumă fixă până pe 31 martie, perioadă în care sunt valabile reduceri în mărime de 50% şi 75% din valoarea primei, care a rămas neschimbată – 4056 de lei. Pentru achitarea primei în sumă fixă, populaţia se poate adresa la oficiile „Poşta Moldovei” şi la agenţiile teritoriale ale CNAM.
