CTIF: oportunitate de externalizare a contabilității pentru instituțiile bugetare

La începutul săptămânii curente, specialiștii Instituției publice ”Centrul de Tehnologii Informaționale în Finanțe” (CTIF) au prezentat la Sângerei un nou proiect de acordare a suportului instituțional în domeniul ținerii evidenței contabile pentru instituțiile de învățământ din acest raion. CTIF prestează acest tip nou de servicii începând cu luna septembrie 2018. Scopul principal al serviciilor este acordarea instituțiilor bugetare asistență de ținere a evidenței contabile, planificare și raportare financiară, precum și oferirea soluțiilor profesioniste pentru gestionarea eficientă a finanțelor publice. În cadrul proiectului de suport instituțional, specialiștii CTIF oferă următoarele servicii: - analiza activității economico – financiare în scopul optimizării proceselor; - asistență pentru unul sau câteva sectoare ale contabilității beneficiarului; - elaborarea recomandărilor privind ținerea conformă a evidenței contabile; - asistență la utilizarea sistemelor informaționale de evidență contabilă, inclusiv a Sistemului Informațional Integrat de Evidență Contabilă în Autoritățile Publice pe platforma 1C, sistem administrat de CTIF. CTIF a finalizat deja două proiecte de acordare a suportului instituțional în domeniul contabilității la Ministerul Educației, Culturii și Cercetării, iar în prezent realizează un proiect similar la Centrul de excelență în energetică. Responsabilii instituțiilor bugetare care doresc să contracteze serviciile CTIF de suport instituțional în domeniul contabilității, pot transmite solicitarea la adresa de e – mail: iana.betivu@ctif.gov.md sau la tel: (022) 262 - 873. Conform statutului CTIF, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 125 din 06.02.2018, instituția este abilitată să acorde suport instituțional, inclusiv în domeniul contabilității în sectorul bugetar și în procesul de dezvoltare continuă a capacităților profesionale ale personalului care activează în domeniile finanțelor publice, achizițiilor publice, fiscal și vamal.
