Delimitarea teritorială a competenței birourilor vamale

Serviciul Vamal a elaborat și propune pentru consultări publice un proiect de ordin ce are ca scop delimitarea teritorială a competenței birourilor vamale, stabilirea generală a locului de adresare al petiționarilor la emiterea actelor administrative precum și localizarea posturilor aflate în subordinea birourilor vamale.
 
Potrivit proiectului, în competența teritorială a Biroului Vamal Nord cu sediul la Bălți sunt incluse următoarele raioane: Briceni, Dondușeni, Drochia, Edineț, Fălești, Florești, Glodeni, Ocnița, Râșcani, Sângerei, Soroca, Șoldănești, Telenești precum și mun. Bălți.

 

În competența teritorială a Biroului Vamal Centru cu sediul în mun. Chișinău sunt incluse: Anenii-Noi, Călărași, Căușeni, Criuleni, Dubăsari, Hâncești, Ialoveni, Nisporeni, Orhei, Rezina, Strășeni, Ștefan-Vodă, Ungheni precum și mun. Chișinău.     

   

În competența teritorială a Biroului Vamal Sud se includ: Basarabeasca, Cahul, Cantemir, Ceadâr-Lunga, Cimișlia, Comrat, Leova, Taraclia și Vulcănești.

 

Competențele posturilor vamale vor fi actualizate după cum urmează:

  • post vamal de frontieră deschis traficului internațional
  • post vamal de frontieră deschis traficului interstatal
  • post vamal de frontieră deschis traficului local
  • post vamal intern
  • post vamal intern de control
  • zonă de control vamal.

 

 

Toate cererile privind emiterea unui act administrativ vamal sau efectuarea unei acțiuni de domeniul vamal se vor depune la biroul vamal în al cărei rază teritorială își are sediul/locuința petiționarul, iar în cazul în care petiția vizează activitatea unui post vamal anumit, aceasta se va depune la biroul vamal în subordinea căruia se află postul vamal respectiv.

 

Proiectul poate fi consultat până la 31 octombrie curent.
