Десяти предприятиям предоставлена нулевая ставка НДС

Министерство экономики и инфраструктуры внесло изменения в Перечень экономических агентов-предприятий легкой промышленности и видов услуг, оказываемых ими на территории Молдовы заявителям таможенного режима переработки на таможенной территории, облагаемых НДС по нулевой ставке, утвержденный приказом № 66 от 4 мая 2010 г. Согласно приказу главы ведомства, опубликованному в «Monitorul Оficial» от 27 июля, нулевая ставка НДС предоставлена еще десяти компаниям, которые в период с июня 2016 по июль 2018 г. заключили контракты на оказание услуг по производству на территории Молдовы одежды и обуви (одно предприятие) в режиме переработки на таможенной территории (на давальческом сырье). Речь идет о контрактах следующих компаний: 1. «Eco Textil Grup», 2. «Constilcard», 3. «Tabita Com», 4. «Infinitextil», 5. «Geotextil», 6. «Bevera Nord», 7. «Style By Militta, 8. «LGS Design», 9. «Moldovan Vasile», 10. «Vistline». Таким образом, список предприятий легкой промышленности, которые, на основании заключенных контрактов с иностранными партнерами, смогли воспользоваться нулевой ставкой НДС в рамках таможенного режима переработки, увеличился до 797.
