Дополнительные обязанности службы по сбору местных налогов и сборов

Законом №204/2021 о внесении изменений в некоторые нормативные акты, которым была утверждена бюджетно-налоговая политика на текущий год, в компетенцию службы по сбору местных налогов и сборов была включена еще одна обязанность – осуществление принудительного исполнение просроченного налогового обязательства в отношении администрируемых платежей и налогоплательщиков в порядке, установленном Уголовно-процессуальным кодексом и Исполнительным кодексом. Этим положением дополнена ст.158 Налогового кодекса (лит.k1).
 
Напоминаем, службы по сбору местных налогов и сборов действуют в составе примэрий, а к ранее установленным обязанностям относятся обеспечение полного и последовательного учета налогоплательщиков и их налоговых обязательств, исчисленных этими службами, информирование налогоплательщиков о их правах и обязанностях, а по их просьбе – о действующих налогах и сборах, о порядке и сроках их уплаты, а также о нормативных актах, касающихся администрируемых налогов и сборов, направление налогоплательщикам платежных извещений о налоговых обязательствах и т.д.
 
Помимо этого, НК предусматривает, что полномочия по компенсации или возмещению переплат, а также по проведению налогового контроля осуществляются указанными службами совместно с Государственной налоговой службой.
