Ecusoanele de inspecţie tehnică vor fi aplicate pe plăcile de înmatriculare a unităților de transport

Începând cu 1 ianuarie 2017, ecusoanele de inspecţie tehnică vor fi aplicate pe numerele de înmatriculare a autovehiculelor și remorcilor înmatriculate în Republica Moldova, nu pe parbriz, ca și până în prezent. O decizie în acest sens a fost luată astăzi, de către Cabinetul de miniștri. Potrivit Ministerului Tehnologiei Informației și Comunicațiilor, care este și autorul proiectului, noile ecusoane vor contribui la excluderea cazurilor de falsificare a plăcilor de înmatriculare, vor îmbunătăți nivelul calității și securității acestora, precum și va spori posibilitatea monitorizării stricte a numerelor de înmatriculare. Ecusoanele vor fi lipite, atât pe plăcuța din față, cât și pe cea din spate a mașinii pentru a fi vizibile în cadrul sistemelor automatizate de monitorizare a traficului rutier. Totodată, șoferii vor trebui să aibă obligatoriu la bordul autovehiculelor rapoartele de inspecție tehnică, care vor însoți ecusoanele lipite pe plăcuțele de înmatriculare. Emiterea noilor ecusoane a devenit posibilă după preluarea experienţei mai multor state, precum Germania, România, Austria, Lituania, Ungaria. Precizăm că plăcile auto, emise în țara noastră începând cu luna aprilie 2015, prevăd un spaţiu special pentru noile ecusoane de inspecţie tehnică. Aplicarea noului ecuson nu va modifica prețul plăcuțelor de înmatriculare. Ce ține de ecusoanele eliberate până la data intrării în vigoare a noilor reguli, acestea vor rămâne valabile până la expirarea termenului lor de valabilitate.
