Eficientizarea controlului de stat în domeniile auto, avia și naval

Mai multe metodologii cu privire la eficientizarea controlului și supravegherii de stat a activității de întreprinzător potrivit domeniilor de competență ale Agenției Naționale Transport Auto (ANTA), Autorității Aeronautice Civile (AAC) și Agenției Navale (AN) au fost aprobate la nivel de Guvern. Conform Metodologiei privind controlul de stat asupra activității de întreprinzător în baza analizei riscurilor în domeniile de control ANTA, domeniile de competență ale instituției sunt: transportul rutier; activitățile conexe transportului rutier și activitățile de instruire, perfecționare și atestare profesională; protecția consumatorilor de servicii în domeniul transportului rutier, activităților conexe transportului și activităților de instruire, perfecționare şi atestare profesională. Prevederile proiectului vor crea un sistem optim de control de stat al activității de întreprinzător în domeniul transporturilor rutiere și activităților conexe acestuia. Acest fapt va asigura efectuarea controlului de stat în limita necesităților obiective, diminuând maxim posibil influența organelor de control la luarea deciziei de a realiza un control, a explicat ministrul Economiei și Infrastructurii, Chiril Gaburici. De asemenea, Guvernul a aprobat Metodologia controlului de stat asupra activității de întreprinzător în baza analizei criteriilor de risc în domeniile de competență ale AAC. Potrivit documentului, domeniile de competență ale Autorității sunt: securitatea aeronautică și siguranța zborurilor; protecția consumatorilor în domeniul transportului aerian și activităților conexe; securitatea şi sănătatea în muncă în domeniul transportului aerian și activităților conexe. În cadrul ședinței a fost aprobată și Metodologia controlului de stat asupra activității de întreprinzător în baza analizei criteriilor de risc în domeniile de control ale AN, și anume: transport naval și activităților conexe transportului naval; protecția consumatorilor în domeniul transportului naval și activități conexe, supravegherea pieței ambarcațiunilor și echipamentelor maritime.
