* Конституционный суд признал неконституционными положения некоторых законов, предусматривающих запрет на выдачу паспортов, удостоверений личности и водительских удостоверений лицам, имеющим дебиторскую задолженность. * В Налоговом кодексе появится новый раздел – X, которым утверждаются льготы для резидентов IT-парков. * Министерство финансов Приказом №104 от 4 июля 2017 г.  утвердило сроки представления финансовых отчетов за I полугодие и 9 месяцев 2017 г.центральными публичными органами и финансовыми управлениями. * Минфин аннулировал приказ №56 от 27 марта 2017 г. об утверждении формы декларации физического лица о подоходном налоге формы CET 17, которую планировалось ввести в 2018 году при сдаче отчетности за истекший налоговый год. Это предусмотрено в приказе №102 от 3 июля текущего года, и утвердил новую форму Декларации физического лица о подоходном налоге (форма CET15) и Положение о ее заполнении. * Дорожный сбор за транзит через Молдову, осуществляемый иностранными перевозчиками, будет снижен на 30%. Это предусматривают поправки в НК. Проект соответствующего закона принят парламентом в окончательном чтении. * Парламент Молдовы принял закон, определяющий условия, при которых Молдова также будет вправе взимать дорожные сборы с иностранных перевозчиков, с отклонениями от существующих международных договоренностей.  * Измененено Положение о порядке выдачи типовых форм первичных документов строгой отчетности, утвержденного Государственной налоговой инспекцией Приказом № 13 от 04.04.2017. Из списка бланков строгой отчетности, которые могли быть затребованы нотариусами, адвокатами, судебными исполнителями и т.д., исключены фактуры и приложения к ним.  * Внесены поправки в Закон о Бюро кредитных историй, Закон о Нацбанке Молдовы, Уголовный кодекс и Кодекс о правонарушениях, которые нацелены на улучшение национального законодательства, касающегося формирования, обработки, хранения и представления в Бюро кредитных историй информации об исполнении дебиторами своих обязательств по кредитным договорам. * Группа компаний «TRANS OIL» запустила в Молдове электронную торговую площадку для сельхозпроизводителей. Как сообщил крупнейший закупщик зерновых культур в Молдове, система начала работать 17 июля по веб-адресам www.transoilmarket.com и www.transoilcorp.com. * В бюджет Национальной кассы социального страхования за первое полугодие 2017 г. поступило 8994,1 млн леев, что составляет 51,4% запланированных доходов. * План счетов бюджетного учета претерпел ряд изменений: в нем появились семь новых субсчетов второго уровня, другие семь — были исключены, а наименования четырех субсчетов второго уровня скорректирваны.
