Экономика, налоги, финансы: 30 октября – 3 ноября 2017 г.

• Парламент на заседании 3 ноября принял в первом чтении изменения, включенные в проект бюджетно-налоговой и таможенной политики на 2018 г. • Закон об аудите финансовых ситуаций принят в первом чтении. • Впервые за длительный период в Молдове зарегистрирован профицит госбюджета, который в январе-сентябре 2017 г. составил 440,4 млн леев. • Опубликованы поправки в Закон о регулировании предпринимательской деятельности путем разрешения, которые предусматривают сокращение количества разрешительных документов, перераспределение функций по выдаче таких документов между госучреждениями, создание и поддержка реестра заявок и реестра разрешительных документов. • Молдова сохранила 44 место в рейтинге Doing Business 2018. • За 10 месяцев текущего года Государственная Налоговая Служба обеспечила поступления в бюджет 26,5 млрд леев. • Вступили в силу новые правила осуществления госпроверок. • Государственный контроль в области охраны здоровья и безопасности труда будет закреплен за 10-ю компетентными госучреждениями. В каждом из них будет работать инспектор труда, ответственный за осуществление госконтроля на предмет соблюдения работодателями законодательства. • Министерство юстиции вынесло для публичных консультаций проект изменений и дополнений в 10 законов. Изменения направлены на исключение уголовной ответственности за экономические правонарушения. • Государственная Налоговая Служба наделена полномочиями по выдаче и отзыву свидетельства о регистрации в качестве центра технической поддержки по контрольно-кассовым машинам (ЦТП ККМ). • Агентство публичной собственности объявило об организации очередного раунда приватизации госсобственности с 27 октября по 15 декабря. На продажу выставлены активы государства в 61-м акционерном обществе. • Министерство юстиции вывело формулу, согласно которой будет рассчитываться необходимое стране количество нотариусов. • Monitorul.fisc.md дает детальный анализ закона о продовольственных талонах. • Семьи с тремя и более детьми смогут бесплатно приватизировать квартиры. • Продолжается подписная кампания на наше издание.
