Entitățile publice vor utiliza un alt Catalog al mijloacelor fixe

Potrivit proiectului examinat și aprobat ieri, 8 iunie, în cadrul ședinței Executivului, prin care au fost aprobate modificări la unele hotărâri ale Guvernului, prevederea că Catalogul mijloacelor fixe, care, potrivit HG nr.941/2020, se aplică de către autoritățile/instituțiile bugetare (publice) pentru mijloacele fixe puse în funcțiune începând cu 1 ianuarie 2022, a fost abrogată.
 
Totodată, Catalog sunt excluse și prevederile ce se refereau la faptul că, în cazul autorităților/instituțiilor bugetare (publice), recunoașterea mijloacelor fixe se efectuează în conformitate cu regulile contabile aplicate în sistemul bugetar (pct.3), precum și cele ce țineau de stabilirea de către autoritățile/ instituțiile bugetare (publice) a duratei de funcționare utilă în limitele intervalelor prevăzute în anexa la Catalog (pct.8).

 

Autorii proiectului precizează în nota de întemeiere a proiectului că moooodificările sunt necesare în contextul elaborării de către Ministerul Finanțelor a unui act normativ secundar, care urmează să stabilească catalogul mijloacelor fixe ce va fi utilizat în scopuri de raportare financiară doar de autorităţile/ instituţiile bugetare (publice).

 

Se preconizează că dispozițiile proiectului prezentat supra se vor aplica aferent perioadei fiscale a anului 2022.

 

Amintim, același proiect vine cu extinderea listei taxelor administrate de SCITL și cu noi prevederi ce se referă la amortizarea calculată de rezidenții IT parc, dar și majorarea cuantumului deductibil al cheltuielilor pentru transportul angajaților.
