Experţii OMS în vizită de lucru la CNAM

În perioada 27 februarie – 1 martie 2018 Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină (CNAM) a găzduit o misiune tehnică a Organizaţiei Mondiale a Sănătăţii (OMS). Experţii OMS au vizitat Chişinăul cu scopul de a evalua situaţia curentă în domeniul procurării serviciilor medicale în Moldova, rolul instituţiilor care participă la acest proces – CNAM, Ministerul Sănătăţii, Muncii şi Protecţiei Sociale, prestatorii de servicii medicale, precum şi de a stabili aspectele prioritare de acordare pe viitor a asistenţei tehnice de către OMS în acest domeniu. Dumitru Parfentiev, directorul general al CNAM, a salutat iniţiativa OMS de a asista echipa CNAM în modernizarea procesului de contractare strategică a serviciilor medicale. La rândul său, Dorjan Marušič, expert al Organizaţiei Mondiale a Sănătăţii, a subliniat că procurările strategice în sistemul de sănătate sunt un instrument financiar foarte important pentru acoperea necesităţilor pacienţilor, în funcţie de fondurile disponibile. „Sarcina principală a vizitei este evaluarea procurărilor strategice în domeniul asistenţei medicale primare pentru a spori eficacitatea, eficienţa, calitatea, accesibilitatea serviciilor, în special în zonele rurale. Alte sarcini ale misiunii sunt legate de sistemul DRG – mecanism de plată bazat pe indicele de complexitate a cazului tratat, procesul de negociere care finalizează cu contractarea serviciilor, implementarea aspectelor de calitate şi siguranţă în medicină prin intermediul indicatorilor de performanţă”, susţine Dorjan Marušič. Agenda vizitei misiunii OMS la Chişinău a inclus un şir de şedinţe de lucru cu reprezentanţi ai diferitor direcţii din cadrul CNAM, ai Ministerului Sănătăţii, Muncii şi Protecţiei Sociale, dar şi ai unor instituţii medicale.
