Facilități la importul bunurilor pentru membrii echipelor de gestionare a frontierelor

La importul/ exportul articolelor destinate uzului personal al membrilor echipelor de gestionare a frontierelor din cadrul corpului permanent al Poliției de Frontieră și Gărzii de Coastă la nivel european în Republica Moldova nu vor fi aplicate taxe vamale, taxe pentru procedurile vamale, TVA și accize.
 
În Monitorul Oficial din 20 mai curent a fost publicat Ordinul Serviciului Vamal nr. 146-O din 29 aprilie 2022, prin care au fost operate modificări la Regulamentul privind vămuirea bunurilor trecute peste frontiera vamală a RM de către persoanele fizice și a unor formulare tipizate, aprobat prin Ordinul nr. 56-O/2008.
 

Astfel, anexa 5.1 a Regulamentului (Codurile facilităților fiscale și vamale acordate persoanelor fizice conform legislației în vigoare) a fost completată cu codul 015, ce stabilește scutirile menționate supra. Facilitățile aplicate sunt acordate în temeiul art.12 alin. (12) din Acordul între Uniunea Europeană și Republica Moldova privind activitățile operative desfășurate de Agenția Europeană pentru Poliția de Frontieră și Garda de Coastă în RM.

 

Aceste facilități sunt aplicate la importurile bunurilor destinate uzului personal și în cazul membrilor misiunilor diplomatice, oficiilor consulare și reprezentanților organizațiilor internaționale, precum și în alte situații.

 

Ordinul a intrat în vigoare la data publicării.
