FAO continuă dezvoltarea sectorului agricol

În anul 2018 Organizația pentru Alimentație și Agricultură a Națiunilor Unite va lansa în Moldova două proiecte pentru dezvoltarea sectorului agricol, cu un buget total de peste $818 mii, suplimentar la cele circa $2 mil. deja oferite în ultimii trei ani ţarii noastre din partea FAO. Conform informaţiei Ministerului Agriculturii, Dezvoltării Regionale şi Mediului, proiectele au fost discutate în cadrul întrevederii ministrului ADRM, Liviu Volconovici, cu Tudor Robu, adjunctul reprezentantului FAO. Ministerului Agriculturii, Dezvoltării Regionale şi Mediului a semnat în anul 2017 cu FAO acorduri de oferire a asistenţei financiare pentru realizarea a două proiecte. Primul are un buget de $363 mii şi vizează dezvoltarea rurală. Se preconizează realizarea acestuia în următorii doi ani. Dezvoltarea sectorului de producere a pomușoarelor în Republica Moldova este obiectul celui de-al doilea proiect, bugetul căruia a fost negociat la $455 mii. În cadrul realizării proiectelor, fermierii vor avea posibilitatea să ia cunoştinţă de tehnologiile moderne în cadrul cursurilor de instruire, dar şi să aplice aceste tehnologii.
